After graduating from high school, there are several options for you.
One option is playing College Tennis in the US.
This is a very challenging choice, below are the 6 reasons to start this exciting adventure.
1. You want to continue your hours of practice and playing on a high level, after
graduating from high school.
In the College Tennis structure, tennis and study go hand in hand.
There is a daily schedule both for tennis and study, so you don't need to figure that out for yourself.
2. You want to explore the limits of your tennis level.
In a very professional College Tennis structure, you can explore your limits. Daily practice, practice matches, and many official College Tennis matches against other universities across the US. Perhaps College Tennis is the perfect preparation for a professional tennis career for you.
3. You are adventurous and like the challenge of the combination of tennis/studying in another country (for foreign players).
College Tennis helps you to develop yourself, both in a personal and athletic way.
Without parents, you develop independence, perseverance, responsibility, dealing with people from other cultures, and discipline.
4. You want to meet new friends from all over the world.
You're gonna meet a lot of new friends from many countries, and with some players, you'll have a long-life friendship. All College Tennis players are like a family, they study together, practice together, and they go to matches/tournaments together. The head of your temporary family is the Head Coach.
5. You can use it as a gap year, to find out what you want to do the following year.
A gap year is great, you can learn from older team members about the majors they do.
After this year, you know in what direction you want to go.
6. You can get a scholarship at an American university.
The higher your level the higher the scholarship.
The special thing is that you don't have to pay back the scholarship, after your studies.
